The office staff was very friendly, accommodating and efficient. Dr Buchan spent a lot of time explaining my injury and the surgical and non surgical options so that I could make the most informed decisions about my care. When I decided to have surgery, he was very thorough explaining the procedure, recovery and aftercare. He was also very patient and thorough addressing my questions and concerns. I also know that his peers and surgical staff hold him and his work in high regard.
