I had a problem with my fingers and was told a wrist brace would help. They showed me a brace and said it would be $15. I agreed to buy it and paid for it. They then sent my insurance a bill for $300 for the wrist brace that the manufacturer sells for $21 MSRP on their site. MY insurance reduced the ridiculous $300 to $33.36. I spoke to billing and was told I have to pay it even though i paid the $15 they said the brace cost. I also paid for the doctors visit at the same time, and they are billing me an additional $40.30. I never would have purchased the brace if they would have given me the true cost. It does nothing to help my fingers, so I do not even wear it.

I had knee surgery, of which Dr Fox told my wife that before the surgery that i would never limp again, there was no drain put in. The first time i went to therapy i was bleeding so bad i had to leave.. When i sent pictures to Dr Fox it was no bid deal he never called to see how i was doing. When i developed hives i went to a different doctor they said they called Dr Fox office to see if i was allergic to what they put in the knee his office said they did not know what they used for a knee replacement .I still have hives, When I went to have eye surgery with a different doctor I saw Dr Fox he ignored me.. I still have a lot of problems with my knee, it hurts, pops, swells, and I still limp. I would not recommend Dr Fox!!! It seems like his staff of Doctors under his direction are not very caring, maybe they need to work on there bedside manor..

Dr. Fox is the greatest, I had my left knee replaced in September, and just had my right knee replaced December 2023. He’s a very busy man but he makes sure to check in on you to make sure you’re doing OK. He come by Preop, he called me Preop at home to make sure I didn’t have any questions the night before, then he called me postop at home. He is very highly recommended by me no concerns whatsoever.

Check in was easy. Got in for my appt on time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and kind. Dr M is very patient friendly. I appreciate that he’s not too proud to send me to a specialist!

The appointment was on time and thorough. The doctor again discussed my options for treatment but recommended I continue as I am currently. He was very professional and made sure I understood that he was available should my condition worsen. I was pleased that x-rays were taken so that there is a baseline. Overall I continue to be very pleased with the doctor and his entire staff.

Dr. Goeke is very personable, great a putting his patient at ease. He used a salad with croutons as an analogy, when describing my injury. I’ve always heard great things about the care and concern of the staff at Bluewater Orthopedics and know I know why. Thank you!

Dr. Fox is the BEST!!!! The office folks are AWESOME!!! They worked me in for an appointment right away after my fall. Everyone there is so caring and listens to you! Dr. Fox is an absolute Miracle doctor! I was in so much pain in my knee and could not stand on it. He drained it and asked me to stand up and I did without all the pain I had when I walked in his office!!! Absolutely Amazing!! Dr. Fox Knows what he is doing with No doubts whatsoever!! I can’t wait for him to do surgery on my knee because I feel 100% safe and confident under his care. He definitely has a natural God given talent!!!
